Geared towards families of younger children with differing abilities; seeking to strengthen both fine and gross motor skills through an array of sensory-inclusive activities, helping children increase their joint attention & decision-making skills, and teach self-regulation strategies.

Individuals with intellectual disabilities may participate in our Special Olympics Aquatics program, where they will continue to build their confidence and fundamental skills as a swimmer. Individuals must be comfortable swimming in the lap pool independently with coaching support.

Geared towards indivduals with disabilities; they will be exposed to the fundamental skills of basketball like dribbling, shooting and passing. They will build upon important teamwork skills such as communicating, active listening and taking turns in an inclusive environment. Class requires a buddy with each participant. 

Soccer Shots EMPOWER provides children with disabilities a safe place to learn and grow! Encourages social development, participation, and fun through the game of soccer. Held at Mahackeno Outdoor Center. T-shirts included.
